Inspired by the Japanese culture – Zen (禪) and Chadō (茶道) which is a process of achieving inner peace, clarity and self-discovery. We value the spirit and name our brand as HAPPi Studio. The word “HAPPi” ハッピー means happiness in Japanese, we hope to bring joy and happiness to our customers.

1. Cutting out middlemen
When it comes to the whole process of manufacturing, a lot of parties are involved, starting from purchasing agents, trading companies to distributors and retailers, you can imagine all the costs. We cut out as many middlemen as possible, we do all the legwork ourselves by sourcing and working directly with experienced suppliers. We ship with our trusted forwarders and we sell on Amazon, with the most efficient door-to-door delivery support.
2. Lean business structure
Keeping a small but efficient size is the key to our business, we do our designs in-house, sell online and work directly with factories. This is how we keep our business structure lean. Besides, we do not create products that are based on our own desires, as we know built-up inventories will become wastes and land in the landfills eventually. We discover demands and have a lean inventory, which aligns with our efforts in contributing to sustainability.
3. Partnering with experienced craftsmen
We are able to communicate effectively and build stronger business relationship with our suppliers without the help of middlemen or translators. With the unique and strategic geographical location of Hong Kong, we are able to source and visit factories in person, allowing us to work with factories with excellent craftsmanship and sharing the same values as us. We eliminate any unnecessary overheads in the procedure to avoid heavy costs.
